Do you require a minimum order? Is there a maximum limit?

So long as you’re an established business or an authorized Mariposa retailer, there’s no minimum. And if we have enough lead time, we can provide any quantity.

Can I get samples of your product?

Of course. All we require is that you purchase the sample, and if it’s returned in good condition within 30 days, we’ll credit your account.

Can you work with me on designing an original piece?

We’d be delighted to help you come up with a high-impact original piece of art. As the design and mold costs can be very high, it probably makes sense only with high-volume purchases. Please allow us plenty of lead time.

Do you have any sports-related products?

Yes! Among our favorite sports themes are golf, tennis, sailing, fishing, and even football. Whether you’re a corporate meeting planner or a country club, our vast range of product and price points allows us to accommodate many different levels of awards, mementos, and tournament prizes.

Can I have my corporate logo engraved? What about special inscriptions and fonts?

Yes. Please refer to engraving for an overview, or contact Corporate Sales (859.814.8006, mk@mariposa-gift.com) and we’ll send you an engraving form with all our font and pricing information.

How long does engraving take?

Once we have your items in-house, standard lead time is 2-3 weeks. (Complex engraving and order size may affect this.) We’ll give you a precise schedule when you call.

What is the most popular font for engraving? 

Casper 3 L or English Script are the most popular fonts. The engraver will size the font in proportion to the piece that is chosen.

How can I know what the engraving will look like?

A faxed proof is provided at no charge to each customer prior to engraving. The engraving will not begin until your approval’s received. Customers are responsible for a thorough review of all details, including spelling.

How will my items be packaged? What about enclosure cards?

Brillante products come with a handsome flannel bag, care card, and a beautiful Mariposa Gift Box for most items. We can also include a Mariposa enclosure card, but find that many customers prefer to design their own.
