Our Designer: Michael Updike

For many years, Michael Updike’s creative work for Mariposa has been primarily in aluminum — our vast Brillante line. Unlike most designers, he is also an expert sculptor, and brings that sense of bold shapes and tactile details to Ceramica Fina. He’s now distinguishing himself in the world of ceramics by inventing wholly original forms and textures.
